We
may need to charge you for public transport costs or mileage
if you want us to travel extensively - normally where
travel is over 200 miles round trip.
We
ask you to organise the venue - and with presentation
courses, to provide the camera and recording equipment.
We
aim to be as flexible as we can on your choice of training
dates and we will set those in stone for you when we get
your purchase order.
We
generally ask you for a purchase order in advance of the
training.
We
invoice you immediately after the course unless you prefer
to be invoiced in advance.
We
ask for settlement within 30 days of the invoice date.
Sooner is great.
Cancellation
of a course is charged as follows:
Over 20 working days, no cancellation charge
Between 10 and 20 working days, 50%
Between 5 and 10 working days, 75%
5 working days or less, 100%
If
the course is re-booked within 4 weeks of cancellation
and conducted within 6 months, the cancellation fee is
deducted from the final invoice.
